Experience
Mae has been teaching private lessons as well as group violin class since 2018 and has been playing the violin for over 13 years. She has had training in Irish, Scottish, Old Time, Suzuki Method and Classical violin. With such a diverse musical background, Mae is able to offer a well-rounded foundation and education for the violin.
Some things you can expect while taking lessons from Mikaili are:
- learning and comprehending the fundamentals of reading sheet music
- setting musical goals for yourself and achieving them at your pace!
- truly learning your instrument and learning how you and the violin work together
You will have the freedom to work on styles and techniques on the violin that you choose at your pace. Mae will consistently check in with you and your goals, be patient and go with your flow, and answer all of your questions even if you think they might be silly!
