Rates: $35-65 depending on length of lesson. I like to encourage 45 minute or hour long lessons for intermediate students and above
Experience
Jenessa graduated with a B.A. in Music and Communications, and has been teaching piano for over 14 years. She believes that music spans all ages and walks of life. Jenessa's goal is to instill students with the skill, ability, and discipline to express, communicate, and find satisfaction and accomplishment in thier music.
Using traditional method books and emphasizing early not reading and theory, lessons incorporate student's personal song requests, as well as additional technique and exercises.
As an active member of the Puyallup Valley Chapter of the WSMTA and MTNA and current chair of the Music Artistry Program, her students enjoy various recital, competitive, and masterclass opportunites. She is grateful for the music teacher community and sharing the healing, joyful, and emotional power of music with her students.
