Aaron Eide is a graduate from Berklee College of music, the top contemporary music school in the world, with a bachelors in both music composition and theory, and a masters in music production. He is currently finishing up a masters in composition as well as music theory.
Aaron has written music for a handful of short films and concert works, and published several of his works through his production studio and publishing company, PAC Music Studio.Over the years Aaron has taught and tutored music theory and composition for many students both in the Enumclaw area and from around the world online. Teaching is one of his favorite activities relating to music, as it allows him to share his passion with like-minded people and help to foster that passion in others.
Aaron is currently accepting students who wish to learn how to write music and those who wish to start or further develop their understanding of music and how it works.
Professional recording and music production are also available in person to the Enumclaw area, as well as worldwide via Cubase' remote studio technology. Please request pricing for production and include all relevant details about your music. What you can expect to learn:
Group lessons are taught as a typical classroom setting, where all students learn and advance together through the following curriculum:
List the theory course syllabus for theory 1, 2, and 3.
In private lessons the teaching subjects are derived from the students themselves. As Aaron works with the student he assesses the strengths and weaknesses of each individual and tailors every lesson to them, so they can learn the most in the most effective manner and advance at their own pace.
Please note, music notation and engraving software such as StaffPad (iPad or Microsoft Surface Pro only), Dorico, Finale, Sibelious, or MuseScore are required for all composition students.
